Do not blindly follow tips by other traders which are out on websites or blogs. Instead research these and ensure that things add up and make sense. Many times some traders will use some very complex strategies for trading online. This is not recommended for beginners. Even some of the experienced traders stay away from these complex strategies. Try to formulate a very simple one and yes you will have to go through some trial and error phases. When the market has short term fluctuation some traders will quickly quit but you should not follow them as this can mean good as you can expect things to go back up or down and make money while it fluctuates. Getting the right education on online trading can make a whole lot of difference. If you are uneducated then you will be more likely to make common mistakes and losses. If you are properly educated in this regards though you will be able to lessen the chances of you losing the money you invested.
